About Us
My name is Valarie, and I founded ANO Revenue Cycle Management with a clear mission: to provide healthcare providers with a trusted revenue cycle management partner that allows them to focus on patient care first. With more than 20 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, I hold multiple certifications through the AAPC in billing, coding, compliance, and practice management.
Throughout my career, I have worked with, audited, and assumed operations for numerous billing companies and medical practices. In doing so, I repeatedly identified the same critical issues: errors and omissions during charge entry, insufficient follow-up during the accounts receivable process, and inaccurate or duplicate payment posting. These problems can significantly impact a provider's financial health, resulting in lost revenue, unnecessary billing expenses, and potential compliance risks.
Seeing these challenges firsthand reinforced my commitment to building a company that providers can rely on with confidence. ANO Revenue Cycle Management was created to deliver accurate, transparent, and proactive billing services while giving providers the insight they need to successfully manage and grow their practice.
