Accounts Receivable (AR) is any money that is owed to the provider / practice by an insurance company or patient for services rendered.
Insurance Aging
ANO-RCM provides monthly AR reports to review all outstanding accounts and pursues maximum reimbursement on your behalf. Unlike some billing companies that stop working an account after one or two reports, we continue to work the accounts until we know there is no chance for reimbursement.
Patient Aging
Monthly patient aging reports track all outstanding patient balances. ANO-RCM does not conduct collection calls; instead, we provide detailed reports that enable providers to review balances and determine the appropriate next steps for their practice.
Patient Statements
Patient statements are generated at the start of each month. Before mailing, each statement is reviewed for accuracy and corrected for any outstanding insurance adjustments. Statements are then mailed to patients on a monthly basis.
